I donated in support of this campaign.
When I think about the Church and the world of our future, I want it to be filled with confident leaders who have been intentional about developing their faith alongside their education and social development. Ekklesia is a progressive campus ministry that continues to provide personal development, spiritual formation, and community for all students though weekly conversations relating to faith and life, weekly progressive Christian worship services, and bringing in speakers every semester on a wide range of topics such as interfaith cooperation, racism, and vocational discernment (past speakers list: www.ekklesiamsu.org/faith--life-matters). Will you help us offer space for exploration and faith development to over 25,000 students who call Missouri State University home?
Ekklesia has been awarded a 50% matching grant though the Community Foundation of the Ozarks on all donations we receive through the month of February (an extra $5,000 if we raise $10,000). Just a small donation will go a long way to helping the future of progressive discussions at Missouri State and the students in Ekklesia.
